Thank you for joining the Oregon Asthma Program's Asthma Data Workgroup support email list. This services purpose is to facilitate the sharing of information between analysts from the various health plans involved in the ADWG and the Division of Medical Assistance Program's Quality and Performance Improvement (DMAP-QPI) workgroup. The intent is for analysts to share methods, solutions and thoughts that will improve data reporting and quality on asthma in Oregon. If archiving is enabled for this list, visit the ADWG_support Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using ADWG_support
Some lists do not allow members to post messages. If this is an open list, to post a message to all the list members, send email to adwg_support@listsmart.osl.state.or.us. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ADWG_support
To subscribe by email, send a messsage to the address: ADWG_support-request@listsmart.osl.state.or.us In the body of the message, enter: subscribe Subscribe via web form to ADWG_support by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
