About Buyer-link	English (USA)
buyer-link is for any agency/entity interested in communicating with DAS State Procurement Office. This mailing list allows the State Procurement Analysts at DAS State Procurement Office to notify the agencies and the members of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) of any changes or issues affecting the contracts they administer. Prior notice of changes to Price Agreements will allow the agencies and other authorized organizations who utilize our contracts, to plan and expedite in a more efficient manner. DAS Procurement will conduct surveys over buyer-link and gather information concerning State purchases. People using buyer-link can respond to DAS Purchasing by sending e-mail to our mailbox. Using Buyer-link
To post a message to all the list members, send email to buyer-link@listsmart.osl.state.or.us. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Buyer-link
Subscribe to Buyer-link by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
