About SCD-Mail	English (USA)
SCD-Mail is for operational communications from the State Controller's Division to agency accounting and payroll staff of the state. Operational communications would include general SCD notices, announcements/information sharing and specific notices, announcements, or information sharing from the SCD Administrator and SCD Section Managers. Notices, announcements, and information sharing may be technical in nature. The types of subscribers would include agency SFR preparers, accountants, accounting technicians, payroll clerks/technicians, employees who regularly use SFMS/OSPS systems, purchasing technicians who use SFMS ADPICS, and fiscal supervisors. ** NOTE: scd-mail is intended as a one-way communicaton forum. Some individuals have been approved for posting to the list. Others will not be able to post to the list. The list is set up so that a reply to a post will go to the sender and not the whole list. Using SCD-Mail
Some lists do not allow members to post messages. If this is an open list, to post a message to all the list members, send email to scd-mail@listsmart.osl.state.or.us. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to SCD-Mail
To subscribe by email, send a messsage to the address: SCD-Mail-request@listsmart.osl.state.or.us In the body of the message, enter: subscribe Subscribe via web form to SCD-Mail by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
