[Accessusergroup] Creating an index in a report

I have a database of over 350 video's. Each video is categorized by what
section it belongs to in my report. For instance, several video's fall
under (Safety, Winter, Environmental, Equipment and so on) I want to
create an index referencing each category so a viewer can click on the
link to "Safety", "Winter" ... and the link would take him to the
beginning of that section in my report. Can someone tell me how to
create an index?
