[Accessusergroup] Update one field from another

Thought I'd give you a little brain teaser this morning.

This should be a simple thing, but it just eludes me.

I have a form with a subform

FRM_BATrans_SingleNLAA	SFM_SubFormSpecies
PrimaryKey			PrimaryKey	
AgencyBeingSentTo		Agency
RegContact			SpeciesName
Etc.				etc.

The forms are linked by the primary key.  I want the agency field in the
subform  to update to whatever is entered in the AgencyBeing SentTo
field in the main form. I can get the Agency field to update on the
screen using the =AgencyBeingSentTo, but it's not saving the info to the
Agency field of the species table.
