<a href="http://www.hhs.gov/healthcare/rights/index.html">Federal Affordable Care Act</a> will begin enrollment in October of 2013 for coverage starting in January 2014. In Oregon this expanded access to health coverage comes through a new online marketplace
where Oregonians will be able to compare and enroll in health and dental coverage that fits their needs and budget, and to access financial help to pay for their coverage.

our own health coverage marketplace, and we are doing it our way, rather than having the Federal government do it for us.
