[Answerland] Upcoming Answerland holiday closures

Hi all,

Answerland will be 'closed' during the following holidays:
*  Veteran's Day: Friday Nov 11, 2016
*  Thanksgiving: Thursday Nov 24 and Friday Nov 25, 2016
*  Christmas: Saturday Dec 24 through Monday Dec 26, 2016
*  New Year's Eve & New Year's Day: Saturday Dec 31, 2016 through Monday Jan 2, 2017

There is no need to cover your regularly scheduled chat shift.

And FYI, OCLC's Coop will still be providing their regular 24/7 backup coverage for us.
