Hello Answerland academic libraries and volunteers,

Beginning Monday, March 13, you will be staffing the QuestionPoint 24/7 Reference Cooperative queue.

I will be holding a training session on Wednesday, March 8 at 10am, and a repeat on Friday, March 10 at 1pm.

If you can't make the live training, the session will be recorded and I will be supplying documentation. The training will cover policies & best practices from the Cooperative as well as an overview of the automated scheduling software (we are expected to clock in and out of our Cooperative shifts).
