[Answerland] Still need help with question about historical fire

Hello all,
Still looking for help with the below question (#12626887). The patron has provided additional information: "There was a meeting at the fire department one day and they were discussing the renovation happening at Turner Elementary. During the renovation they have been taking down layers of wall and discovered fire damage. Someone who was a child in the early 40's remembered a boiler exploding which caused major damage. They have tried finding more information and/or people who were around then, but haven't had any luck."
