[Answerland] Reminder: drop chat shifts during holidays

For those of you who staff chat: if you are going on vacation and are therefore unable to cover your chat shift, please use Humanity to drop your shift and pick up a replacement shift. Instructions are on pages 8 and 10 of this document<https://answerland.org/answerlandscheduling/>.
