Hi there:

Our library charges for this patron's research. Does any other library offer free scans of the Register Guard pages he requested, or for less than $10 per article? If so, thank you.

"I need the Adam Chase comic strip by local Eugene artist Russ Morgan scanned and emailed from the Register-Guard from October 8, 1967; November 5, 12, 19, 26, 1967; December 31, 1967. These normally appear in the last 4-5 pages of each issue."
