[Answerland] Minor update to QuestionPoint chat queues

Hi Answerlanders,

Just an FYI for those of you using chat...

Over the weekend, OCLC made a minor update to the naming of the chat queues. It used to be that public libraries began with "A" (as in, "A - Deschutes Public Library") and academic libraries began with "B" (as in "B - Concordia University"). However, most people associated "A" with academics, so OCLC made the switch. Now academic libraries begin with "A" (as in "A - Concordia University") and public libraries begin with "B" (as in "B - Deschutes Public Library"). Attached is an image so you can get a better idea of what I'm talking about.
