Hi chatting librarians,
Just a reminder... When staffing the Answerland and 24/7 queues, be sure to review the library's policy page for circulation policies. It's easy to assume that every system has the same policies for library accounts, but you need to verify - not all libraries require proof of address to apply for a library account, for example. We want to make sure we are giving out as accurate information as possible!
