Subject: Update for QP enhancement plans

Thanks to everyone in the QuestionPoint community who continues to provide input on suggestions for the future of the service.

We are moving ahead with our previously announced plans to refresh the QuestionPoint Chat Monitor, in addition to infrastructure changes that will enable the service to continue to grow.

In recent weeks, several QuestionPoint librarians provided valuable insights during usability testing of an updated Chat Monitor interface.  Their contributions helped us refine the scope of this project, to inform accurate resource planning for the effort.

We are now implementing our revised plan for this work. Development is underway, working toward a release in early 2019. We will share the exact timing for availability of the updated Chat Monitor as soon as it is available.

Thanks again for partnering with us on QuestionPoint enhancements. We are committed to evolving the QuestionPoint user experience for library staff and users and look forward to sharing additional information as development continues.
