Hello Answerlanders,

A patron is looking for assistance:

"I'm a grantwriter with a nonprofit and I'm putting together a grant application. I need to find data about homeownership rates (ideally in Washington County, Oregon, but if not then Oregon rates or national rates would do) among African Americans and Latinos as compared to whites. Thank you!"
