[Answerland] QP issues related to HTTPS upgrade

Hi all,

Since the HTTPS upgrade QuestionPoint has been experiencing several issues, including:

*       Update...still waiting message (i.e. chat monitor freezing)

*       Patron practice chat form not working, even when separate browsers and/or incognito browsers are in place.

*       This message when trying to go back to the My QuestionPoint Homepage:

QPHTTP.QPDataArray[70].response={

type:4,

status:404,

msg:'Invalid Session'};

QPHTTP.accept(QPHTTP.QPDataArray[70].response);

*       This message in the practice or live chat form after submitting in a chat question:  "Hello, Library Patron. We are currently not available to chat. Please see our Web page for our regularly scheduled hours and for other options for contacting us.You also can submit your question directly to a librarian from this form:"

*       No response from the 24/7 Cooperative when customers use a Qwidget.

*       Unable to submit a Support ticket through the QP interface.

I have been told the OCLC development team is working on it. I will keep you posted on what I hear. Please report any issues you experience to me so I can pass them along.
