[Answerland] New & improved chat scripts

Hello Answerland chat librarians,

I have been working with the Quality Team to update the scripts in QuestionPoint. In addition to improving tone and wording, we have added ones for crisis calls and account questions.

You can view the new scripts at Ask > Settings > Shared Scripts. They are marked with "A.xxx" so they should be easily identifiable in the chat monitor.

Feedback welcome, so feel free to send me any comments or suggestions!
