[Answerland] Is this happening to you? QP chat connection error

Hi all,

QP Support has asked that if you experience this issue, you submit a ticket individually so they can work directly with you. You just send an email to support at oclc.org<mailto:support at oclc.org>. Let me know if you have questions.

Hi all,

It has been reported to me that an Answerland librarian was bumped out of her QuestionPoint account, using the new interface, yesterday and today. Attached is a screen capture of the error message she saw.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any information you can provide will help when I report to QP Support.
