Subject: [QUESTIONPOINT-L] Recording of February 15 introduction to redesigned QuestionPoint librarian chat monitor

The recording of today's webinar introduction to the redesigned QuestionPoint librarian chat monitor is now available. In this program, Kristin Ewig, OCLC Senior Product Manager, provided an overview of the redesigned QuestionPoint chat monitor and new workflows released on February 7.

A recording of this program is now available. View the recording<https://vimeo.com/317537630/f63cf7da77>

The PowerPoint presentation from this meeting is available for your reference. Access the PowerPoint<https://www.oclc.org/content/dam/oclc/events/2019/QuestionPoint/QuestionPointChatMonitor_15Feb2019.pdf>

We encourage you to try the new interface now and continue to use it for librarian chat transactions.

Both the redesigned and Flash interfaces will operate in parallel for before access to the current version ends. As Kristin mentioned in the webinar, we plan to make some changes to the new interface before disabling the Flash version. These changes include:

  *   Sorting columns with tabs
  * Faster loading of the librarian table
  * Fixes of bugs reported by you or discovered in additional testing

We expect this work to continue over the next two weeks. Once these changes are complete and the updated interface is performing as expected, we will share the date on which access to the Flash version will end.

Additional information shared during the webinar:
