Subject: Question to answer: Verify quotes from book 'Gluten Freedom'

Hello Answerlanders,

A patron is looking for help:

"Hello! I am fact-checking a manuscript and need to verify that the following information is in the book Gluten Freedom by Alessio Farano. Any help you can give me is much appreciated! p. 36: About 6% of the US population is gluten sensitive. p. 55: Zonulin plays a part in many autoimmune diseases, including celiac disease. pp. 56-57: The innate immune system in the gut is the first line of defense. Its job is to stop bad molecules from entering the bloodstream. If the molecules somehow get through, the adaptive immune system comes to fight the invading molecules by sending antibodies that attack the specific molecules. In fact, the invader molecules are memorized so if they return, the body can respond more quickly the next time. Thank you!"
