[Assessment_Advisory_Committee] Support for Mac OS X 10.11

Holly,

I'm generally supportive of using the most current STABLE operating system
for testing...as long as it allows all students to access all aspects of
the testing system, without requiring extraordinary efforts on the part of
the teacher, tech staff, STC or DTC.

To be clear, we don't test on MACs, so my opinion is less important than
that of some of my colleagues.  However it seems essential to allow ASL
access, so a district would need to reserve a batch of computers to NOT
upgrade...which may or may not be possible/practical.

Is there any likelihood that a solution will be found prior to testing?  If
so....maybe give provisional support with a hard deadline for a final
decision (Jan 1?)  If not, then I vote to not support it.
