School and District Report Cards
School and District Report Card Summary PDFs will be posted July 31 in the Achievement Data Insight (ADI)<https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/AchvmntDataInsight/default.aspx> application on the district secure website. The Preliminary School Report Card Details PDFs will be refreshed July 17 in the ADI. The public release of School and District Report Cards will be October 9, 2014.

Supplemental Data Collection for Report Cards
ODE has developed a web-based data collection for school and district personnel to input data for both Spanish and English versions of the Principal or Superintendent Letter and Curriculum and Learning Environment data. The Supplemental Data Collection will be available within the ADI application on the district secure website. The submission period runs from July 31 through September 26, 2014.

WebEx Video Training
A WebEx video training on the Report Card Summary and the Supplemental Data Collection will be conducted on July 31 at 2 pm. There will be a follow-up WebEx on the Supplemental Data Collection on August 14 at 2 pm. Recordings and handouts will be available at https://district.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=234.
