Good morning everyone!

As things slow down for summer, we are pausing our AA Update beginning now until August.  During this time, we will send out assessment and accountability communications via email (DTC list serve) as needed.  As always, please let us know if you have any questions.

Also, I want to thank all field testing school teachers, test administrators, and students who contributed feedback on their Smarter Balanced field test experiences.  We are currently going through the results to build reports on what worked well and what needs improvement, as well as elevating issues outside our purview (i.e. technological glitches, question content) to our test vendor and Smarter Balanced for them to use in their own test improvement efforts.

Additionally, if you would like a preliminary glimpse of member state feedback to date, Smarter has pulled together a Field Test Report (see attached).
