[AsmtActbyUpdates] Supplemental Data Collection - Submission Period Ends September 26, 2014

The submission period for the Supplemental Data Collection will end on September 26, 2014. Superintendents and school administrators should note the following:

*       You can only submit the narrative components of the report card (i.e., letter, racial equity in hiring and student wellness policy statements, curriculum/learning environments) via the Supplemental Data Collection (SDC) application within the Achievement Data Insight (ADI).
*       Your District Security Administrator<https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/searchSA.aspx> (DSA) must give you permission to access the ADI and the SDC.
*       You must submit both English and Spanish versions of each narrative component. The SDC application will not permit submission without versions in both languages.
*       Recordings, presentations, and handouts are available from the July 31, 2-14 and August 14, 2014 SDC WebEx trainings<https://district.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=234>.
