[AsmtActbyUpdates] Report Card At-A-Glance Report Update

[MARTINEZ Carla - ODE]

The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) removed college going rates from the High School Report Card (RC) At-A-Glance Report due to concerns with the accuracy of the post-secondary enrollment data received from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). The ODE anticipates returning this data element to the High School RC At-A-Glance Report in 2018-19.
