[bike_psob] Winter Bike Thefts :(

My friend had his bike stolen right outside his yoga class at Yogi Bhoga, Thursday before last. It was also a very bold move, stolen with bolt cutters right in front of the studio while yoga class was going on - 1405 SE Morrison. It was also in a super nice, covered bike parking area.
 
Only bikes in that parking space w/ out U-locks were stolen, but every bike without a u-lock was stolen. I know bikes are stolen all the time - but it seems like winter bike thievery is on the rise the past couple weeks.
