[bike_psob] new bike pump!

We have a new bike pump in the PSOB garage! The Bontrager is a dual-head pump that will work on both Presta and Schrader valves. NO ADAPTER IS NEEDED.  Just press down and lift the handle up to lock.
 
Other features:
- air release button located under the head handle
- top mounted gauge (YAY!)
- pump handle lock (so, if you can't get the handle to lift up try moving the red button 'cuz someone locked it)
