[bike_psob] bike pumps and floor parking

A couple of things....
 
1) It's been reported that BOTH bike pumps have been deflating rather than inflating tires. So, until they can be repaired or replaced please use with caution (if at all). 
 
2) I've been asked to remind bikers to please use wall racks when available to park your bike if you can. That way floor-mounted racks are available for people who can't lift their bike.
