The Health Evidence Review Commission will accept public comments on a draft scope statement on Planned Out-of-Hospital Birth through 8 a.m. October 4, 2018. The draft scope statement and any comments related to scope will be discussed at the November 1, 2018 meeting of the Evidence-based Guidelines Subcommittee along with the results of an updated evidence search based on this draft scope informed by public comments.
