[Birthcenter] New Tuberculosis Screening, Testing and Treatment of U.S. Health Care Personnel Guidelines

The Health Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Program is sharing the attached information with you regarding new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on tuberculosis screening, testing and treatment of health care personnel which has been adopted by the OHA's Acute and Communicable Disease (ACDP) TB Program. Our office supports these new guidelines which facilities may choose to implement now. The HCRQI program will be working towards updating relevant administrative rules for licensed Oregon health care facilities in the near future to align with current ACDP recommendations.
