its new listserv model, GovDelivery. The HCRQI program sends announcements, information and critical program updates regarding licensed health care facilities and agencies through these electronic mailing lists. Each health care facility type licensed by the
HCRQI program has its own listserv where information specific to the facility type will be shared including administrative rule changes, interpretive guidance,
<span style="color:black">license renewal deadlines, and other relevant material. In the event of a national or state emergency, HCRQI will also attempt to use the GovDelivery system to share important announcements.
