[Boli_rules] BOLI files Permanent Administrative Order for Rules for Pay Equity Law

Legislators and Interested Persons:

On November 19, 2018, the Bureau filed with the Oregon Secretary of State a Permanent Administrative Order for rules to implement the Pay Equity Law, OL Ch. 197 (2017), that becomes effective January 1, 2019.

Attached to this email please find the Permanent Administrative Order that includes the text of the rules.
