[Boli_rules] Oregon Labor & Industries - Report on Rulemaking Hearing and Notice of Permanent Rules - Apprenticeship and Training Division

On November 19, 2019, the Apprenticeship and Training Division convened a rulemaking hearing on proposed Division 12: Rules for criteria to award grants under the Trade Outreach to Veterans Grant Program.  There were no attendees at the hearing.

On November 27, 2019, Oregon Labor & Industries filed permanent rules with the Oregon Secretary of State, adopting the rules as proposed.

The rules become effective January 1, 2020.

A copy of the Report on Rulemaking Hearing the Notice of Permanent Rules is attached.
