[Boli_rules] BOLI files proposed amendments to chapter 839 Division 50 Rules

Legislators and Interested Persons:

On March 27, 2019, the Commissioner's Office filed with the Oregon Secretary of State, on behalf of the Administrative Prosecution Unit and the Judicial Forum, a Notice of Proposed Rule Making for OAR chapter 839 Division 50, Contested Cases.
Attached to this email is a memo and a copy of the Notice, which includes the text of the rules, showing the proposed amendments.

Any member of the public may submit comments to the rules by 5 pm on April 29, 2019 to:
