Good Morning,

  *   Permanent Rule: OAR 839-009-0230<https://www.oregon.gov/boli/about/Documents/BLI%207-2020%20-%20OFLA.pdf>
     *   Will allow Oregonians to continue to take OFLA protected time off to care for children whose school or child care provider has been closed by a public official for a public health emergency.
     *   Effective date: September 14, 2020


  *   Temporary Rule: OAR 839-009-0210 and OAR 839-009-0250<https://www.oregon.gov/boli/about/Documents/BLI%207-2020%20-%20OFLA.pdf>
     *   Clarification related to permanent rule including “closure,” “child care provider,” “intermittent leave” and the types of documentation employer may request.
     *   Effective dates: September 14, 2020 – March 12, 2021.
