[Boli_rules] Notice of Rulemaking hearing - BOLI

On March 31, 2021 the Bureau of Labor and Industries filed, with the Oregon Secretary of State, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing related to labor contracting.

We have scheduled a public hearing using conference call on April 23rd at 10:00 a.m.  to receive input on the proposed administrative rule.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing and proposed rule is enclosed.
