Dear Interested Parties,
This is to inform you that the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries issued temporary rules related to the Wage Security Fund in response to House Bill 2818<https://olis.oregonlegislature.gov/liz/2021R1/Downloads/MeasureDocument/HB2818/Enrolled>.  These rules are effective immediately.  A copy of the Temporary Administrative Order is enclosed.
