[Boli_rules] Notice of Rulemaking - BOLI

On January 27, 2021, the Bureau of Labor and Industries filed, with the Oregon Secretary of State, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing related to:

*       OAR 839-009-0210 - OFLA: Definitions

*       OAR 839-009-0250 - OFLA: Notice by Employee; Designation by Employer; Notice by Employer Regarding Eligibility or Qualification.

We have scheduled a public hearing, using GoToMeeting, on Friday, February 19th at 9:00 a.m.  to receive input on the proposed administrative rule.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing and proposed rule is enclosed.
