[Boli_rules] BOLI - Permanent Rule - OAR 839-050-0450

Good Morning,

The agency finalized the rule related to Proceedings on Apprenticeship and Training Division Hearings (OAR 839-050-0450). The permanent rule replaces the temporary rule adopted January 26, 2021.

The rule becomes effective on August 1, 2021.
