[Boli_rules] Notice of Rulemaking - BOLI

Good Morning,
Yesterday a notification was sent regarding proposed rulemaking and public hearing related to Proceedings for Apprenticeship and Training Division Hearings.
However, the incorrect rulemaking notice was attached to the email.  The correct Notice of Rulemaking and Public Hearing has been attached.
