[Boli_rules] BOLI - Permanent Rule

Good Evening,

The agency adopted permanent rules related to OFLA that replace temporary rules adopted in September. The rules became effective March 18, 2021.

*       OAR 839-009-0210 - OFLA: Definitions

*       OAR 839-009-0250 - OFLA: Notice by Employee; Designation by Employer; Notice by Employer Regarding Eligibility or Qualification.

In addition, the agency updated the FAQs related to OFLA Sick Child Leave<https://www.oregon.gov/boli/workers/pages/oregon-family-leave.aspx>.
