[Boli_rules] BOLI Notice of Rulemaking

The Bureau of Labor and Industries filed Notifications of Hearing and Proposed Rulemaking related to:

*       OAR 839-025 Definitions and Procedures for Establishing Prevailing Wage Rates in accordance with OL CH. 104, 2021


We have scheduled a remote public hearing for the rule on Friday, March 18 at 10:00am.

Copies of the Notice of Hearing and proposed rules are enclosed.
