[Boli_rules] BOLI - Notification of Extension of Comment Period re: OL Chapter 115, 2022

Good Afternoon,

The agency received a request to extend the public comment period related to the rulemaking implementing Oregon Law Chapter 115, 2022 (HB 4002, 2022). Currently, the public comment is scheduled to end July 21, 2022.


The agency is extending the public comment period, the deadline for public comment is 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 22nd.

Attached is the notice of extension.
