[Boli_rules] BOLI - Permanent Rulemaking Notice

The Bureau of Labor and Industries finalized 4 permanent rules. The permanent rules and information are available for review on the agency's rulemaking website<https://www.oregon.gov/boli/about/Pages/rulemaking.aspx>.

The rules are:


  *   OAR 839-025-0004 and 839-025-0009: Implementation of SB 493 (2021) PWR. Effective April 10, 2022.


  *   OAR 839-001-0500: Implementation of HB 2818 (2021) relating to Wage Security Fund. Effective April 1, 2022.


  *   OAR 839-004-0003 and 839-004-0021: Implementation of legislation related to activity protected by OSEA (SB 483 and HB 2420 (2021)). Effective April 1, 2022.


  *   OAR 839-007-0020: Use of Sick Time for evacuation, air quality index, or heat index orders. Effective April 1, 2022.
