Business Mangers and Program Directors - IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to identify a list of
potential Education Service Districts and School Districts having the
expertise to provide the Client Services, described in the RFQ documents
available at: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=1198 , on
behalf of the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).   At this site you
will also find a complete timeline for this process and templates of the
proposed contracts.  

By March 30, 2007, Districts should respond to the RFQ regarding their
qualifications for the programs in which they wish to participate.  Only
those Applicants meeting the RFQ criteria will be invited to submit a
full proposal for consideration in awarding the final contracts.  In the
event only one qualified District expresses interest in a particular
program/location, ODE may elect to forego the RFP process for the
program and move directly into the contract process.

Any Applicant requiring clarification of the information or protesting
any provision, must submit specific questions/protests or comments in
writing to me.   

The deadline for submitting such questions/protest is March 26, 2007 at
2:00 pm.  If ODE determines additional information or interpretation is
necessary, such information or interpretation will be supplied in
Addenda which will be sent to all persons or entities having received
this RFQ from ODE.
