[Busmgrs] bus driver pay small districts

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what their pay rate for an experienced and unexperienced
bus drivers is? Do you pay by the hour or a salary?
We are a small district so we do not have a bus fleet just type 10 and have
one driver. Is anyone elses situation similar?
