Good Afternoon,

Happy New Year! I hope that everyone's year is starting strong, even in the midst of significant challenges facing us.  I have posted the January 2012 District warrants here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/district-warrants-1_11_12.pdf. ESD warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-warrants-1_11_12.pdf. The payments should be available in your accounts now.

Thank you everyone for completing the Estimate of Membership and Revenue collection.  This data will enable me to start working on providing estimates for the 2012-13 school year. Additionally, thank you for bringing up any issues you may have found with the data. It is much easier to correct the data now rather than later.

In other news, I should be posting an Estimate for the 10-11 school year within the next few weeks. This estimate's updates include annual ADM data for 2010-11 school year. We are anticipating rolling in actual 10-11 financial data in March and providing a new estimate shortly thereafter.  These updates will provide everyone a chance to review the changes before the reconciliation in May 2012.
