[Busmgrs] May Warrants

Dear Business Managers,

The warrants for the May payment are now available. District warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/district-warrants-5-13-15.pdf. ESD warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-warrants-5-13-15.pdf.

The May payment is the final reconciliation for 2011-12. It is also the final payment for 2012-13. The next payment will be in July and will be the first payment for the 2013-14 school year.

Additional estimates for 2013-14 will be published as information changes. For example, if the Ways and Means Co-Chairs change their budget based on the forecast being released May 16th, then a new estimate will be published. Even if nothing changes, additional estimates will be published in late June/early July in preparation for the July payment.
