[Busmgrs] 2012-13 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

Happy Spring! I hope the warm weather that we are having is reaching the rest of the state.

On the business side, the latest 2012-13 estimates have been posted to the website. The district estimates are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/2012-13-ssf-estimate-as-of-5-2-14-1208-hrs.pdf. The ADMw breakouts are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/2012-13-adm-breakout-5-2-14-1333-hrs.pdf. The ESD estimates are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-12_13-estimate-as-of-5-2-14-1504-hrs.pdf.

These estimates should reflect all updates to the weights. There is no scheduled change to the 2012-13 weights at this point. Also included in this update is the reconciliation of both the Small High School Grant and High Cost Disability Grant. The total amount of SSF Grant paid and the amount remaining have also been included.

Barring significant errors in the data once districts have a chance to look, these will be the estimates used to create the May reconciliation.

If you do have a question or concern about the estimate, please let me know soon so we can address it before the reconciliation.

Next on the agenda are 2013-14 estimates and they should be out early next week.
