[Busmgrs] LTCT, YCEP and JDEP new contracts for the 2017-19 Biennium

This is to advise everyone all the current contracts for LTCT, YCEP and JDEP will be expiring at the end of this biennium (June 30, 2017).

Please find the attached updated list for all the current sites showing the current incumbent and associated ODE contract number in the far right column.

 The purpose of this message is two-fold.

1-      We need to know your intentions to either maintain your current client services program(s) or if you want to relinquish any of them beginning with the next biennium.
2-      If your organization is interested in providing client services to any other particular program(s).

If more than one entity is interested in a particular program based on the responses I receive from this message then ODE will move forward with processing and issuing RFPs (Request for Proposal) for that particular program only.

If an entity wants to relinquish any particular program the RFP process will also apply.

As time is critical in getting all these new contract/agreements in place, please respond back to me NLT (Not Later Than) December 15, 2016 by 2:00 PM.
